At DICK’S, we are fostering a culture where every teammate feels a sense of belonging and building a workplace where every person feels respected and valued for their contributions. Our I&D training efforts have never been more critical than they were in 2020, a year that underscored the role that businesses must take in addressing social and racial injustice.

Building upon the foundation laid in 2019, we accelerated our efforts through our I&D Council.
