Rudy Hernandez currently serves as senior vice president, stores at DICK’S Sporting Goods. In this role, Rudy leads our DICK’S stores field team and is responsible for fostering a culture of high performance through an athlete and teammate first mindset.
Prior to joining DICK’S in August 2024, Rudy spent 20 years at Best Buy, where he most recently served as territory omnichannel officer for the Southeast United States. Throughout his tenure at Best Buy, Rudy served in various roles across the organization, including retail field leadership, omnichannel operations, supply chain, finance and strategy.
Rudy holds his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
